What if my plant arrives in bad shape?
If your plant arrives damaged, unhealthy, or doesn't adjust within 30 days, email support@austinjungleco.com with photos and order details. We'll review your request under our Healthy Arrival Guarantee and work with you on a replacement or refund.

Our plants ship from greenhouses in California and Florida. Austin Jungle Co. is based in Austin, Texas.
